Each Endo x Arvo Ring is meticulously handcrafted and made to order, ensuring a unique piece tailored for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, we have the following return and refund policy:

  • Refunds: If a return is accepted within the 14-day window, the refund will be processed based on the value of gold only, excluding labor, gemstones, and design costs.

  • Custom & Sized Pieces: Any ring that has been custom-sized or personalized cannot be returned or refunded.
